Time Magazine released their picks on April 18th, but Psy’s name was not listed in their final 100. The magazine recently had a poll on their website asking visitors to choose who they thought were the most influential people of 2013 after which the editors chose the final list under their own criteria. Psy did well in terms of online votes, placing 7th out of the 151 candidates with 28,448 fan votes to vouch for him. The ‘Time 100′ is divided into the categories: ‘Leaders’, ‘Heroes’, ‘Artists’, and ‘Thinkers’, listing the most influential people around the world for those categories.
